Also what is up with the summer term B program? Do they place me into both pools (fall and summer B)?
Please be honest. Thanks

Even though your GPA is a bit low, you should be able to take advantage of UF’s holistic admissions.

50% is GPA/Test/Rigor and 50% is EC/Leadership/Essay.

Your test score is better than average, as is your class rigor. That should help compensate for your GPA. (UF is looking for 4.1-4.4). With solid EC’s and Essay, the holistic admission process should work for you. At a guess, I say you have a decent chance of being accepted (50+%).

You do get put into both pools, but if you apply for Summer B, that’s the likely term you would be offered.

SAT subject test are not used in admissions (and neither are AP test scores). The AP and IB classes do help with the Rigor of your course load, one factor UF looks at. They also like to see a positive trend with your GPA, from Freshman to your junior year.

Good Luck!
