Do I need to re-take my SAT 's

<p>Hi everyone.</p>

<p>So I am a freshman at a CC in California and I am hoping to transfer to marshall next year as a sophomore. I pulled a 4.0 this fall semester with 16 units, but had 2 B's in the summer. This makes my overall GPA about a 3.8. I am taking another 17 units in the spring. I understand that USC looks at your SAT closely if you have under 30 units. Does this mean at the time of your application, or after spring? I only took the SAT once in high school with no preparation and only got a 1700 so I was wondering if I should re-take them? Are they going to look at them closely or not? </p>

<p>I believe SAT is not as important for junior transfers, but retake it if you plan on transferring as a sophomore</p>
