Do I need TOEFL as well?!

<p>Ok so I am a US citizen but I will finish HighSchool in Europe. I want to study in the US. My english is fluent and I am taking the SATs. Do I need to take the TOEFL as well because I will finish school outside of the US?!</p>

<p>TOEFL is for people whos first tongue isn’t english. Since you are American Citizen, i dont think you are required to take TOEFL. </p>
