<p>Does Cornell give 'Free' Windows Vista to Students?</p>
<p>I'm a GT coming this Fall, so if not, then I'll install the free vista given by my current college lol.</p>
<p>Apparently. I got a license through the ECE department, but I think there's a way for any student to get one. XP is better for just about everything anyway, though.</p>
<p>I don't think so. ECE and CS students can get it free via MSDN, but otherwise you'll need to get it on your own.</p>
