Does Rutgers look at your SAT essay, writing, and if you took a SAT II? & Rutgers School of Business

Besides University of Miami (reach), Rutgers @ New Brunswick is my first choice of a school. I am scoring very well on my writing and math sections of the SAT (eh on CR) but my essay pulls me down in the writing section. I write very well and can write a good essay, however struggle to finish under time constraints. I believe this is because I have a hard time of thinking or resources/examples for support and also elaborate too much in my body paragraphs, not giving me time for a conclusion. I only plan to write 4 paragraphs which is what I have been doing, but again, I still cant finish. Does anyone have any advice on how to write a good essay under the time constraints? Also, does Rutgers look at your essay score or even writing score overall? I'm also thinking of taking an SAT II (Math 1) and I know neither Rutgers, nor do any of my other schools I'm looking into, require it. I am thinking of taking it to help me stand out on my application. If I do poorly on it, I will not send it in, but if I do well I would like to send the score. Will Rutgers take this into consideration at all?

Ideally I would like to get into the School of Business, however if I get accepted to the School of Arts & Sciences I will go there and transfer into Business at a later time. Does anyone know how anything about qualifications for the School of Business?

Thanks!
