<p>Nope - not the same thing. It is the “CWID” which is sent in the acceptance letter, and email. It apparently used to be obvious on a student’s mybama page - but I certainly can’t see it there.</p>
<p>Not sure of where to officially locate their CWID on mybama, but you can go to the Academics tab and then go to the Application for Scholarships. It is listed in the top left corner. </p>
<p>UA used SSNs as student ID numbers through the 80s and into the 90s, but that is no longer the case. Students will need to memorize their CWID as it’s used for many different purposes. </p>
