I would check the SISS website and email them if everything isn’t checked off. I had to do that several times for financial aid lol
It says that you must send in grades only if you have a quarter/trimester system. If you don’t, I don’t see why you should worry
I emailed them about that because I also go by a semester grading system, and they said that it’s fine. @Fatlouie
When I emailed them telling them I didn’t have a quarter system and I had a semester system, they asked for my counselor to write the current grades and GPA I had in my grading portal as of November 10th in a confidential email anyways so idk about that^^^^
My school is on a semester grading system and they said they wanted a progress report
Did Duke email you about this or did you email them?
I emailed them. But if they never emailed your counselor asking for them I’m sure it’s fine
tips for RD? Is it best to submit by Dec 20 for interview priority
How many times in a day do you guys check this thread? For me, it’s been like an every hour routine.

@johnwayne8321 I’m also submitting RD by Dec 20, probably friday night tbh
Did everyone’s email say thing the about opening in privacy?
mine did
mine said open in privacy
I’m sure they sent identical emails to every applicant
I’m sure everyone got the same email including the line about opening it in your residence. T minus 6 days, 2 hours, and 15 minutes!
I cant believe northwestern had 3,736 applicants for ED. Duke probably has the same number if not, more.
Duke sent the same email to everyone. Every year the ED rate drops, i expect around 20-21%
I don’t know, it says online that for First Quarter Grades, you should turn them in whenever your first term ends. Then for the Midyear Report, it says by February 15th, so I think you’re okay, if you’re on a semester grading system, to have not turned in any grades yet. I got an email from undergraduate admissions, after I inquired, that said if I looked online, I would see that it said February 15th is the deadline lol
actually @BB1313, the past few years have been a little strange: 2018 had a 25% acceptance rate for ED and 2019 had a 26% acceptance rate. However, 2017 had an acceptance rate of 30% for ED. Over the years, Duke has gotten more competitive, but I think the acceptance rate is a function of the number of applicants rather than the year. There haven’t been any stats about the number of applicants for this year, but last year was a little abnormal for Duke. If that’s any consolation.
