E-mailing tax forms

Does Cornell accept tax forms (scheuldes, W-2, 1040) through e-mail?
If not, how should I send them?
Also, if I am a student who's never had any job, do I still need to file any sort of form saying that I have no income, or will it be understood that by not sending any forms, I don't make money?

I don’t think you can send them tax forms through email to Cornell.
I know that you can upload certain forms to them here (the Cornell specific forms): https://forms.finaid.cornell.edu/uploads.cfm
, but I still think there is a certain third-party person who needs the tax forms sent to them instead so they deal with the tax stuff, College Board IDOC.

You also have to file the Student Non-filing Statement to official say that you did not earn taxable income in 2010: https://www.finaid.cornell.edu/finaid/forms/upload/10-11-Non-file-Student.pdf

Is the Student Non-Filing Statement form only for current students? It isn’t listed as a requirement for 2011-2012 Regular Decision Freshmen. Do we also have to complete the Federal Verification worksheet?

I believe that it is still required for Regular Decision Freshman because when I was entering Cornell for the first year, there was a hold on my account on my financial aid. In order for me to get the rest of the financial aid, I had to prove to the school how much money I made last year, even if I made $0. So they forced me to sign the Non-Filer form. It might be just me.
