Does anyone know the time/date for emailed decisions? I saw it floating around here last year.

most people last year got the email on december 14.

Wait, they e-mail?

I thought they sent home packets.

They'll send home a letter, which is the same letter that they e-mail you.

Harvard doesn't send it's "acceptance package" to EA admits until April, when it sends them to RD acceptees.

Time/date? Anyone?

I heard it was sometime in the early evening.

In random places I keep seeing Dec 14th 5PM. Can anyone verify this?

I got my e-mail at around 5-ish, yeah. It might've been the 14th . . . I don't remember.

So the regular package that you get is a thin and small letter right..not a big package. So if you get a thin envelope it (from the outside :)) is not the end of Harvard right? Then the big package is later April or something right? CLARIFY?

I got my E-mail around 5:00PM.

Why do you guys care right now? Stop thinking about it and get on with your Princeton and MIT apps.

ahh ap freak you ruined the suprise! how cool would it be to think you didnt get in cause you got a thin letter only to be pleasantly surprised when you open the letter. i think that it would be so cool to think you failed then suddenly realize you got in. it would be similer to the way they did it on millionaire, except not so melodramatic and lame. of course the opposite in thinking that you got in and then realizing you didnt would majorly suck.
