ENGLISH 099 counts toward transferable 60 units?

<p>Hi, hope anyone could help me answer the question.
I m getting ready to transfer to UC (hopefully UCLA) in fall 2012, I have in total 53 units now, which includes 3 units on ENGLISH 099 (bc I am ESL students), on P/NP options only, no GPA counted.
So, I am confused, do I have in total transferable 53 units now or just 50?</p>
