Enough time in November?

i have taken the sat twice, in march and in june, and the sat biology test in may. i scored a 1640 in the march test and a 650 in the biology m. i dont feel too confident of my june sat performance and i want to take the tests again, since my scores are average (even below average for some colleges i want to apply)
so i want to take the sat in october and the subject in november to be slightly competitive. but is it enough time before applying to colleges? is it even recommended to take the sat again?
help! D:

yeah sat in october of senior year is fairly common at my school. I’ll be doing it too, however taking sub tests in november is far less common. If your school’s average scores are 1640, are you sure they require sub tests.

Actually, I’m also taking the october SAT. You must know that some colleges highly recommend taking the SAT no more than 3 times so you’ll have a lot of pressure. For the subject tests… I haven’t taken any but I’m gonna work on them over summer and I’m rushing my scores on november which will be right on time to apply early :)

^^ I’m doing the same thing… at least for right now. Depends on what I get on my June SAT Subject tests (USH and Chem) and see how much I need to improve. If not much, then I’ll take the subject tests October and SAT november since I’m much more confidant in my SAT.
