<p>Hey guys, just getting started on my UC essay prompt #2.</p>

<p>I have two ideas for the prompt as of now, would you guys mind giving your opinions on which sounds like the more intriguing essay?</p>
<ol>
<li><p>My experience as a very young teen in a Chinese supermarket where I saw a boy selling 3 types of bottled water. He, working for the store, was encouraging people to buy one brand of water because he thought it tasted better, even though it was cheaper than the others & the store would make less profit -> taught me to be independent & think for myself & blahblah.</p></li>
<li><p>My experiences playing high school basketball & how it singlehandedly helped me overcome my shyness & social problems.</p></li>
</ol>
