<p>Have you looked on VRBO? Might find a condo or house for all to stay at with the added bonus of having the ability to do some of your own meals and more room.</p>
<p>FYI: I never ever recommend booking with a third party like Expedia, Orbitz, etc. In general your contract for a stay or for carriage is then with Expedia and not with the provider. It can make for a mess if there is any sort of a problem. Finger pointing to the other company is the norm.</p>
<p>I have staff/faculty coming to me on a monthly basis looking for help resolving problems with wrong date, disappearing reservations, and other issues. Use them to look at pricing, but generally if you call the hotel directly, they will honor or come close to the price you are seeing.</p>
