I sent in my CSS/FAFSA stuff about a month ago (CSS i did about 2-3 months ago). When i go into Wolverine Access and check the status of my financial aid though, it says No Documents required.

What does that mean?

Do i have to call them up or something and try and find out if they received any of my financial stuff??

I also have nothing under awards or any of that........i know some people have received money already, do i still have a chance or anything? and does everyones Financial Aid status say "No Documents Required"

I was accepted into the CoE btw for early action.

Hi there. Usually, it means they’ve received everything and are NOT waiting for documentation. Which means they’ll be processing a package for you soon. But usually mid-March is “technically” the earliest you’re supposed to get financial packages. Maybe the other people you’re referring to re: receiving money are strictly merit awards, which are awarded on a rolling basis and do not represent your final financial AID package (eg. one is merit based, one is need based.)
Good luck!

In terms of need-based aid, hope is not lost until they give you a decision. It looks like they have everything they need, but have not determined their offer for you yet.

In terms of merit-based aid, these are few and far between, and relatively small when awarded. I wouldn’t count on any. I can confirm that some of these have already been awarded, which reduces the chances of merit-based aid further, since some is already gone.
