I’m an out-of-state applicant. My SAT score is 2020, my unweighted GPA was 3.7, I have a lot of extra curriculars, and my essays were pretty good.

Congrats to everyone who also got in!
As for you guys who got rejected or waitlisted, I’m so sorry to hear that. Good luck with your other colleges, though!

2020 SAT
confusing GPA since I switched high schools, but probably around 3.6/3.7
2 AP classes, 4 UConn classes taught at my high school, 3 UConn classes on their campus.
Heavily involved in Theatre, but no other strong extracurriculars.

Son waitlisted: California, Statistics major, 3.3 UW, 3.85 W, 2120 SAT (800 Math), 29 ACT (36 Math) IB diploma candidate. He’s pretty bummed as it was his first choice. He’s accepted the waitlist (at Cal Poly too), but it looks like it’s UC Riverside for him.

Wait-listed. It’s okay though, I got into my number one school (Boston College)!
In case anyone wants to know em, here’s my stats:
OOS
33 ACT
About 3.5 UW (mostly B’s in honors classes, A’s in AP - weird I know, like 3 C’s total)
About 4.0 W
Taking 6 AP Classes as a senior, took 1 AP freshman and 1 sophomore year, 3 junior year.
All other classes have been honors, most rigorous curriculum my school offers.
Few extra curricular, lots of volunteering, have had 2 jobs since junior year, working 22 hrs/wk senior year
NHS, AP Scholar w/ Distinction, honor roll and stuff.
Good teacher recs.

I see all results that came out real recently, but I got my decision on the 18th March!
And I applied just by the deadline-31 Jan.
Got accepted though I wonder if this is a international applicant thing… did anyone else get their decision “early”?

intl. applicant from CO
3.6 uw gpa / top 30% / 3.3 3.6 3.9 upward trend
no ap / a few honor classes
24 act

outstanding ECs
great essays
strong recommendations

Well, not surprising at all haha. What really surprises me is that I got waitlisted from Baylor Univ. and I thought I could get in there. Applied to 5 different schools, got accepted to none. I’m looking for some CCs in Seattle so I could transfer to U-Dub (waitlisted too).

UW Madison was a stretch for me anyway haha.

get WL
Consider that one of my classmate that get accepted have lower stats and ECs than me,I assume is the GPA problem, UW 3.78. 4.05W. IB Diploma Candidate

Is an application considered incomplete if an invitation for a letter of rec was sent out but not filled? I sent one invitation to the wrong teacher email address, and it will never be completed- will this affect how long it will take my app to be reviewed?

Recommendation letters are not required for your application so it shouldn’t effect whether it is considered complete or not! The only things that are required are your official transcript, ACT/SAT scores, and your application fee.
