Fat

dude 130 lbs at 6 feet is unhealthy. even 150 is low. your a guy. you need to workout your muscles more and eat protein.

I was a football lineman so all of high school I would eat chipotle and then go power lift… I got up to 245 pounds my senior football season… but now I’m done with football and done with lifting but not done with chipotle urgh…

^^ I don’t care about being muscular. All I care about is reducing my stomach size. I want to do that without getting too muscular.

Your a male and you want to avoid becoming muscular?

Frail isn’t going to attract anyone. I’m pretty sure anyone here will tell you that.

^ I don’t want to be frail, but not muscular either. I want to look lean with a amount of muscle that would prevent me from collecting fat (I’m gay btw, so I’m not looking forward to attracting girls).

I’ve hijacked like 3 threads in HSL in order to discuss my needs yet no one seems to mind. I like this site.

Your Asian and those cute little Asian girls don’t attract you!?! What happened!?!

Anyway, I imagine just running would do the job.

^ Nah lol.

I heard that doing cardio really helps. But I don’t really understand why and I’m a bit skeptical of it. Is there any site where I can read about the influence of cardio workouts on stomach fat burning?

[Try this](http://www.google.com/)

Try an exercise forum.

I see what you did there. Does the exercises in the “8 minute abs” video on youtube really work?

There’s fluoride in the water but nobody know that
It’s also a prominent ingredient in Prozac
How could any government bestow that?
A proud people who believe in political throwback

(That’s my special way of saying I don’t know and you should find an exercise forum for these questions, and don’t drink the water, there’s flouride in it but nobody know that. It’s also a prominent ingredient in Prozac.)

I was down to 120-something pounds as a junior in high school (with a 6’ frame, that’s not healthy).

I finally put on about 30 lbs and my dad goes “you’re looking plump”. Thanks father, thanks.

In general, I just shrug it off. My weight goes up and down, nothing I can do about it.

^^ I’m confuzzled.

Stop drinking water!!!

Losing fat is really straightforward, just burn more calories than you take in. Obviously, you don’t want to end up starving yourself, so you compensate by increasing activity. Cardio (increasing your heart rate to its near maximum rate for periods of time) increases the amount of calories burned. Cross-country skiing, swimming, running, and cycling are all examples of effective cardio. The more intense the workout, the more calories burned; however, you need to consider that you burn more calories as time progresses, so you should balance intensity and interval length.

As for food, you should probably actually eating more (obviously keep it healthy). If you’re running on no energy, your workouts won’t be as productive, and you’ll end up hurting yourself.

^^ Huh??

^ So fat will come off from my stomach? Or also from other places around my body?

Dude, you need to improve on your reading comprehension if you can’t understand “stop drinking water.”

Why should I stop drinking dihydrogen monoxide? I thought it’s poisonous only when it’s consumed in excess.

On a serious note, are you serious? Sorry but I have very little sense of humor/sarcasm.

Well, it’s different for everyone, but fat usually comes off all parts of the body relatively proportionally. So while everyone will lose fat on both their stomach as well as the rest of their body, for each person the ratio of fat lost on the belly to the fat lost on, say, the arms will be different.

“On a serious note, are you serious?”

On a silly note, are you silly?

They put flouride in the water, but nobody know that
It’s also a prominent ingredient in Prozac

No, I’m not serious. Those were part of the lyrics to a song I was listening to when I posted that.

ryanxing, try those pills.
My friend tried and BOY she looks really good/slim/lean.
