Financial aid deadline

<p>Ok, just checking on this. I filed the FAFSA and CSS Profile with "estimates". I now have all my 1099s, etc. and will file taxes this weekend. It will then be a while before I can do the FAFSA "data retrieval," but I'll do it asap.</p>

<p>Am I ok? I believe that it is just the filings that had to be done by 2/10, right?</p>

<p>Then when/how do I send the tax returns to USC? Does that wait until he's admitted? Seems kind of silly for them to gather all that data for 40,000 who won't even get in.</p>

<p>If the tab to upload your tax returns is available, you can do so when your taxes are filed. If it isn’t available yet you will get an email request to upload. Yes, they gather data for everyone who applies for financial aid. Requests for financial aid information provide NO information in regards to whether or not you will be admitted.</p>
