I was accepted Early Action and BC does not partake in CollegeBoard’s digital IDOC system for financial aid, hence these questions emerged.
Financial aid website says:
All Required Documents must be mailed to the Processing Center at the following address.
My questions:
Since FAFSA and CSS PROFILE are digital and have been sent to them... do I print out physical copies and send them in the mail? They are required documents and the instructions are a bit ambigious since it says all required documents must be mailed.
I don't have student tax returns. However, this is a requirement. How would I make it known to them that I have none so it doesn't seem like I'm just forgetting to send them?
I plan on sending copies of all original documents. Fine?
Once sent electronically, no need to mail copies of Fafsa or CSS profile. BC doesn’t use IDOC so you must mail copies of your original documents - 2017 taxes including any attached schedules, W2 forms, 1099’s if have, etc. I don’t know the answer to student tax question.
They’ll eventually ask you to complete it, but if you want to beat the rush, the form you seek is Income Tax Non-Filer Verification Form, Student, available on the bottom right. Just complete it and mail it into the USPS box.
