Does any one know exactly when the Fall semester for CNR begins this year???
Thanks ;)

the same as everyone else, like... the 28th or something. come for welcome week though, it's a week of cal without worrying about school, last semester i didn't spend one night sobre, absolutely amazing.

punk, do you ever spend a night sober?

smalls! why the antagonism? I've invited you out plenty of times. Are you ever able to open a cabinet without a stepping stool?

haha, ouch. that's harsh man. I'm not critiquing you at all...you're obviously having a great time, something many book-nosed cal students do have.

punk I like your attitude and name! Tell me, do you have to prepare for your classes (meaning read, do work, etc.) before the semester begins or can you kick back until the first day? Also, for Cal week (I'm definitely coming up to figure out how long it takes to get to classes and settle in), is there some program for parents too, or do they just drop you off and you're there on your own and they head home?

welcome week is pretty much for students, i don't know of any parent programs, it's basically a week to get settled in. Sometimes professors will email you and tell you to read something before the first day of class, but very few (so far as i know). There's tons of stuff to do, free food everywhere, every frat has a party, every group has an event.

there's also tours on how to find your classes and what not, and trips to target for things in the dorms.

for parents, the only oreintation program is calso parent program.
