Has anybody on here been to Fish Camp? What did you think of it? What, exactly, do you do? What was a typical day? What kind of mixers/activities are involved? Is it one of those things you really have to be a "Fish Camp" type of person to enjoy? I'm kind of shy and reserved and I think it might not be my kind of thing.

I also find myself rather reserved for the most part, and the majority of my community thought a&m would not go over well with my personality... but a week ago I went to my girlfriend's sister's ring dropping and we went to midnight yell, and god it was inspiring. I was always saying that I was never going to follow any of the "howdy" or "Whoop!" traditions, but after that night i've been completely excited for it... a&m really brings you out of your shell... anyhow, I think I'm going to fish camp because I've heard its a great experience. Well, Take it easy.

Its fun. You meet a lot of people and spend a lot of time with them.

You do a lot of activities like weird chants and games that seem kind of middle schoolish, but you also have a lot of interesting conversations, and get to let loose in the evenings with dances and socials.

It also helps that when you get there in the fall, you already have a group of friends to go eat dinner with from day one. I'd highly suggest you go.
