I got my tickets today. I can’t wait for the games. I like the $15 hidden charge they had in there, that was cute.

LonghornDan - Are you in a group? I haven’t gotten mine yet (will in a few hours). And a $15 hidden charge? Lol. Colleges are always out to make extra dough. xD

sweet got my tickets just now. lol at the 15$ indeed. thank god im a senior, all the ppl in my group are senior. Been waiting 3 yrs for this. UT goin to go undefeated np

Yeah, I’m with some friends from UTSA. Were you interested in joining? I could ask them. How tough is it to get tickets? It looks like everyone in my group may be sophomores and I may be the highest with 37 hours. Will that make it tough?
The $15 is for processing they claim. hmmmmm.

It’s ok. I was planning on joining a group with my high school friends, but they aren’t in one. -.- I have 42 hours. I’ve heard that they will choose your seats based on lowest classification. So if anyone has lower than 30 hours, you’ll get bad seats. Wonder if Sophomores can get lower level seats?

Are there busses that bring fans to and from away games? I am really only interested in going to OU and possibly Nebraska.

@MJ

Undefeated > ? UT should have lost to Nebraska last year in the Championship game. Dont sleep on Oklahoma and Nebraska…

■■■■■■… made worse when they aren’t very bright.

Riggins - Yes, there is a bus from UT to the OU Dallas Game. It’s $60 for roundtrip that inlcludes own bed, ice, cups, napkins, bottled water, restroom.
Idk if UT will go undefeated, but they have a chance. Most likely 10-2 or 11-1. All depends on how Gilbert plays…

Bought my tickets earlier today :).

UT certainly has the talent and chance to go undefeated, but that doesn’t mean the will because they have some solid teams on their schedule. There are three games that I think UT could lose just as easily as they could win.

OU: obviously OU has an amazing squad and the fact that it is a fierce rivalry only makes this game tougher for each side. This game could easily go either way considering both teams have question marks.

NU: Lincoln is a tough place to win and Nebraska should have a very good team this year, at least defensively. They do lose Suh, but I believe they return 9 starters from both sides of the ball, so I expect them to be just as good. The only thing that could hurt them is their offense. This was a huge issue for them last year. They have recruited some talent, but I don’t know if a team that miserable on offense one year, can make a huge turn around the next. That could be their Achilles heal, but the game will still be tough as the showed last year that they can give UT a run for it, and playing it in Nebraska only makes it tougher.

A&M: They should have a high-powered offense led by Johnson, and this being a HUGE rivalry makes it tougher. Despite UT being a whole lot better than A&M the past decade, the games have still been close and the Aggies have even taken some so just looking at the teams on paper won’t show you the winner. This game being in Austin could help a bit, but this is really anyone’s game.

Those are my short, quick, and dirty analysis of what should be our toughest three games. I could see UT winning all three, but UT could easily lose all three. Only time will tell.

yeah they’ll definitely when most of their games, just dont sleep on NEB/OU. A&M has been getting better and better each year. If anybody watched the Big 12 Championship game last year, you’d know the refs weren’t exactly calling the right calls.

Every team has the chance to go undefeated.

Im thinking 10-2 , UT has all the talent in the world. Sad they didnt get that Michael kid; He’s pretty good.

Win*

If I wanted to sell a ticket, how much would they go for?

Depends on the game. Some Tech tickets went for $100 or so last year, OU can easily reach $300. Some games though (UTEP comes to mind) have so many extra tickets they are worthless.

What about A&M? I would imagine that is near the OU range. I sure hope so because whether or not I get basketball tickets rests on what I can get for that ticket.

Just received my season tickets last night. I thought I’d get lower level seats since I wasn’t in a group. Unfortunately I’m in Section 128.
At least I’m directly at midfield. Better than last year…

Wonder how much the A&M vs. UT would go for. I’m most likely not going to that game.

How much do you want? Let the bids begin!

I got mine too. Dude, take midfield. I’m in an endzone and believe me, your view will be much better. I’m also selling my A&M ticket.

You aren’t allowed to sell student tickets to anyone. They are supposed to go to the draw for LASP students.
