Don't waste any time filling out your housing application on TritonLink! It's a non-binding contract. It secures your first come first serve housing so if you want a single, double, etc, the sooner you submit it the more likely you are to get your housing preference. You can find the link on the left side toolbar at myapplication.ucsd.edu

Congratulations to all who got in! Revelle - earth science/systems for the win!

Oh, fantastic point! I was going to bring this up. DO WHAT kcseabolt SAYS NOW! You’ll be at the top of the housing list, it costs nothing, and it doesn’t matter if you don’t end up picking UCSD.

no. the SIR and the housing application are two separate contracts. do NOT turn in the SIR if your decision has not been made about going to ucsd.

Agreeeed with all of the above! I filled it out on the first or second day and I got a double, just what I requested, whereas a lot of ERC students got stuck in triples or were sent to Revelle. May not seem like a big deal now, especially if you don’t know if you’re going to UCSD, but it was really sad to see everyone who didn’t get what they wanted upon move-in day!
Spread the word to your friends.

I just clicked the link saying Submit Housing application and it said it was submitted… But I didn’t fill out anything. lol What did I do wrong?

I went online and submitted the application but it didn’t even ask me to pick a preference on terms of single/double/ where to live etc. Did anyone else get something different?
