On the website, it says that students who are applying to the College are "encouraged" to take a foreign language SAT Subject Test. Do you think it would SIGNIFICANTLY hurt me if I do not have a foreign language subject test if I am in AP French and plan on taking the AP French Exam coming this May?

you're in it now and plan to take the test in may? you're fine. (besides, there's nothing you can do anyway)

yeah, im in AP French now and I MUST take the test in may (required by my school). Technically, I am taking one SAT II in october (math IIC), and I am pretty sure that I can just add on one more the day of the test (if i were to add on the French one) but to be honest I woudl rather not start studying for it now.
I am applying ED, adn I am trying to show that I am committed to the school in every way, and I would just be REALLY ****ed off if I would be at any significant disadavantage if I do not take the French SATII. Any other opinions?

don't take it.

At Penn they see the AP and the SAT II as equivalent anyway.
