I’m a senior in high school and I’m really interested in BU. During a campus visit, it was mentioned that there were smaller dorms for freshmen as well as specialty housing. I’m a bit of an introvert so I thought that this may be a better fit for me. How hard is it to get into this type of housing? Can someone help explain what all the different specialty housing is? I’m thinking about minoring in french, does that mean I could potentially be in the French House? What are the small dorms like? Are some of them better than others?
@rosebudd21 My son is starting in the fall and he will be living in the smaller dorms on Bay State Road. The floor plans are listed on the site. I’m posting the link for you below. He inquired about two different language specialty houses, and strongly considered them, but on his housing application he opted to select Bay State Road.
