so how many of you cal current students actually gained some weight???

God, I wouldn't mind the Freshman 25.

ugh i dont want to gain weight. but i know i probably will. i tend to not care what i eat then i need brain food for work!

Ha, I actually ended up getting the Freshman -25 in my attempt to conserve meal points :)

10, due to a Sprite addiction

I was trying really hard my freshman year to gain weight, and during the first semester i got +15, and during the second semester i got -5. I am pathetic.

I lived in Foothill and I lost 10 lbs. Sucky food plus walking up a goddamn hill more than once a day made this possible.

I gained the "transfer ten."

I'm going to go run right now-- hopefully I can work it off this summer.

Lost 10 like Sparetire. Foothill. Need I say more?!

There seems to be more of a weight loss system at Cal instead of weight gain...

i stayed the same but a few guys i know lost 10-15 pounds, while a few girls i know gained 10-15.

those i know, both guys and girls, that made a conscious effort to watch what they ate and exercised a little maintained a weight they were satisfied with

for most that add on the pounds, going to latenight because theyre up late is the main contributor i think. but then again, all the walking and hills you encounter at berkeley helps keep the weight steady even if you dont go out of your way to work out

13, thanks to late night, haha.

my weight fluctuated throughout the semester, but the trend was always down then up, in the end i ended up with the same weight i started with. try power walking to classes if you're concerned.
