You should get in touch with the counselors at the closest advising center of EducationUSA. They will be able to tell you where students from your country have been admitted in recent years, and whether or not they have received enough financial aid. EducationUSA is a not-for-profit organization, and any fees you might be asked to pay will go directly to running that local office. These people really are expert. I used to work as a volunteer at one of the offices in South America.
