@FutureColonial27 do you happen to know what your SAT score is equivalent to on the ACT?
@FutureColonial27 That relieves me a bit-- our GPA’s and scores are pretty much the same. I also had a lot of good political/leadership EC’s so hopefully i can get a decent amount of merit aid, or else I won’t be able to afford GWU.
Could decisions come out today? Or do they send an email the day before saying they will be released the following day?
Does anyone know what my chances of getting in are? I have an 1870, 3.65 GPA, I visited, I have a really good resume with a lot of leadership, community service, and work experience, I also keep in contact with my admissions officer expressing interest and asking how I can strengthen my application Also, I got into university of miami which accepts similar students to GW. Thoughts?
I think it will come out today or tomorrow. Doubt they’d want to wait til the end of next week and get grouped in with Ivy Day / Georgetown
@miamiacceptme I don’t know about GPA but your SAT falls in the middle 50% range at the school and you’ve demonstrated that you like the school so I don’t see any reason they wouldn’t like you!
GW Admissions on Twitter about likely letters: “GW alerted some students who were read early they are likely admits. The majority of admits will not receive a likely card.”

@Lana22 No way of telling, but I’m hopeful that it will be sometime this week. I keep refreshing my GWU portal just in case!

@kfromgermany most schools come out at 5pm but it really depends
I think it’ll be tomorrow because of when GW has historically released decisions!
I NEED it to be tomorrow I hate waiting and if GW is a yes (which I’m hoping) I won’t be as anxious about NYU. these college acceptances are literally driving me to insanity
Early Decision I decisions were released on a Thursday at 2pm PST, 5pm EST. There was no warning.
