@gnuz20 - Congrats, will you attend or waiting for something else?

@yalebound2020 not sure yet. Depends on what kind of merit aid I received. Also waiting to hear back from Pton, Yale, BU, Duke, UChicago. Been accepted to Georgetown, UNC, UVa, William and Mary, and a few state schools. So it’s all up in the air right now. I’m very impressed though, with GWU.

I actually called GWU yesterday and they said that my name was on the list for the likely letter mailings. Mine apparently got stuck in the mail most likely so I would recommend calling the office of admissions to see what they say if you think you would have gotten a likely!

@LailaSultani sounds like they sent it snail mail, so it may just be taking awhile to get to you

@LailaSultani I called yesterday as well and spoke to an undergraduate admissions counselor in fact, I spoke to two this past week and they said that there is by no means of checking such list of students. Did you talk to a higher figure that may have access to this list? Thanks!

No I nope I simply spoke to an admissions director!

if they send the ll by mail do they also send it to international students?

@gnuz20 - Congrats! So in the end the FA will be the deciding factor? I would think that Georgetown is more impressive than GW… but that is just an opinion.

Did anyone who received a “likely” card apply test optional? Twenty percent of the 25,431 applicants in the Class of 2020 applied test optional. A nice bump in application fees…can’t wait to see what percentage of the 5,100 test optional applicants they actually accept.

Is there a firm date decisions will be released?

@LailaSultani what did you ask exactly?? If I call I don’t want to sound conceited or anything

@LailaSultani do you live far from GW?

Anyone in FL receive ll’s yet?

Nope @radgreek

@Hero45 phew. I’ve been stressing this whole week because I haven’t received anything. Maybe next week for the sunshine state?

@radgreek I live in Florida and I haven’t received anything so hopefully we receive something next week!
