no i mean..does 1 semester of access code= 1 semester of access+ebook?

i think 1 semester of access code = just the access code without ebook
because the price is so cheap

we don't really need ebook if we have the book, right?

yeah, the ebook is just thrown in there... you probably don't need the book if you have the ebook, but that would just be making things harder on oneself.

when you buy the owl access, you get the code immediately so don't worry/guess around right now and just purchase it after lecture starts to make sure you get the right one.

With only a week left until move-in do you think It is a little to late to buy books online. I am thinking of paying the extra and buying them at the bookstore and skip all this shipping and dorm storage dilemma. Does anybody know how much more I will be paying if opting for the campus bookstore for, say, Chem 1A.

chem 1a has a lot of stuff required, though the only thing you can save a bunch on online is the book. I've found it hard to find a cheap iclicker & the manual and notebook can't really be found from a third source (I think).

Man, this entire thread is about Chem 1A?

Anybody know which book is required for Math 1A (Olsson)?
It says it's a custom book, so I don't really know how to find that on amazon.

Buy it from Ned's if it's a custom book.

can I use a different book for NST 10? (the one that used in my CC, I bought it, but didn't take the class, and now I am taking it at Cal lol....)

I don't think you need the ebook if you already have the physical textbook at hand. I bought the one semester one and created an account already and I can still access the assignment thing.

You don't need a book for NST 10. In fact, all you need is a pulse to get an A in the class. Just listen to the lectures and take the exams, no tricky questions.
