@embrunn 4.24 weighted

@embrunn replied to your thread.

All those schools sound like decent matches despite Hopkins because i was born and raised and still live in Maryland and i know many of the schools in MD would rather take SAT over ACT but since your ACT were very good i don’t really think it would affect your chances.

@embrunn thanks.

Willing to chance back if needed.

I think you’ll be fine at Barnard, Northeastern, NYU, Rice, Michigan, USC, and UVA. The others are so tough, and they sometimes deny acceptance to extremely qualified students, so I can’t tell you for sure if you’ll get in or not

The GPA is a little low and the math score is very low for any business/ stem program. You’d have to get that to around a 31+ to even be considered. But your story, business, and other academics are strong. Write a good essay and retake the act and you would have a good chance!

anyone else?

Everything is great! Really great job with EC’s, scores, etc. However, as for all students, the schools you are applying to are highly competitive. BUT… you have a VERY good chance at most of these schools. :)
