Well, I guess it doesn’t really make a big difference. But thanks for your reply.

If I send in an extra recommendation with the Common App TE form, will it look really bad?

how many have u sent in already? &, er, what’s the common app te form?

I’ve sent in two - one from my math teacher and one from my counselor.
The common app TE form is the Teacher’s Evaluation Form from the Common Application.

sure, a third won’t hurt. most people in my school send in 2 teacher recs+1 counselor rec, anyways.

hm, why didn’t u send in the TE form when u first applied? it’s not required, is it? i don’t think i’ve done that for any of my schools : P

^^ lots of schools require teacher recs, and lots of schools use the common app. so, you print out the common app teacher rec form for your teachers to fill out…

By the looks of it, I got the best deferral letter. The one that states that it’s still good news and that my application is still in a group that remains under consideration. It doesn’t state that I am required to send in my second trimester grades, but that they may improve my status in the deferred pool of applicants.

I figured it wouldn’t hurt to send in my first trimester grades, just simply to show initiative and that I’m keeping my grades up; I had a 4.05 first trimester.

My second trimester grades are just as strong so far, but there’s still about a month to go until it’s done.

This whole thing is so stressful…umich is definitely my number one choice.

i got the ‘good’ one. eh, i guess i just have to wait & see :/
