I am only studying abroad for a semester, not permanently.

I opted to send a second follow-up email; it was well-worded and politely expressed my desire for information. At this point it is but a waiting game, I think. I hope we all hear back soon. Best of luck.

And ppittaluga, do you know when in April/what sector/any more information? thanks!

I don’t have any more info unfortunately. I’m pretty sure from the thread last year people said Google was reaching out to people until April. I hope Google reaches out to us soon though.

I applied for Finance! I have a competing offer with GE for their FMP internship. I sent in the form but haven’t heard anything yet. I would like the chance to at least know if I would be getting an interview or not. We can’t wait around forever.

Did anyone just get an email saying “You are receiving this email because your application is currently in process. A recruiter will be in touch regarding a decision on your application in the coming weeks.”

I’m ridiculously jealous of everyone who has gotten a recent email update. I haven’t heard anything since the December “you’re application is in” follow up… Anyway, good luck you guys! I’m pretty sure that means that someone somewhere is looking at your apps sometime soon. (:

I’m in the same spot as you @emilyem. The last time I heard from them was the email sent in December. That was 3 months ago. I need to start applying elsewhere.

Has anyone else only received the initial confirmation email they sent out when you apply? I have been worried that I may have missed something in the application process. Also I am particularly interested in those that applied for finance. Any word yet? This wait is excruciating.

@econFin I’m in the same boat as you. I don’t know whether to email and ask or just wait it out. I’m hoping it’s that they haven’t gotten to my department yet. I applied for the legal department.

Has anyone had an interview and got a call saying they will NOT be getting an offer? I had an interview almost a month ago and I have not heard anything at all. At this point, I am not all that confident but will they even let me know if I DIDN’T get the job? I interviewed with Marketing. Has anyone gotten a call with a no? Or has it either been an offer or just left in the dust?

Has anyone interviewed with the SMB Services team? I just got invited to an interview today. Also how long after the interview do they decide because I have an offer pending which I already extended once?

Hey @socalledmathman! I will be working with the SMB team in Ann Arbor this summer. I also had a competing offer and waited two weeks after my interview to hear back from them. Best of luck to you!

I also just got a rejection letter. However, mine sent me to apply for another position they believed I would be a good fit for. I can’t say I’m not disappointed, however I’m excited to see what this new position entails… I still would like to be a BOLD intern though. sigh

I just got a rejection email as well. I also was encouraged to apply to something called Adcamp. I’m guessing they included that in everyone’s rejection email. Good luck to those who haven’t heard back.

@SFBayBoy What did you apply for? I know that I was sent to the adcamp thing, but I’m pretty sure it was because I applied for Sales and Advertising. If they sent this email about AdCamp to everyone, my hopes of being selected just dwindled… lol

I only said that they maybe sent this to everyone because I didn’t apply for sales or advertising at all. I applied for finance, analytics, and operations. Who knows though. I did read that they will only take 70 people at most for Adcamp
