I'm a freshman in college and I just turned 19 in December 2010. I think my dad was 6'1'' and my mom is like 5'2''. I'm currently 5'5'' and I haven't grown since I was like 15. I believe I haven't been eating healthy enough, etc etc. In high school, my family went through hard times which caused stress, lack of sleep, and poor eating/health. I weigh only 130 pounds. Lately I've been exercising, eating lots of food, taking multivitamins, and drinking lots of milk. I also sleep much much more than I did in High School. In addition, I have much less stress now.
Do people grow taller in college? I would really like to hit 5'8'' if possible. Thanks.

One of my sons grew an inch freshman year, but 3" would be very unusual .Talk to your MD

I dunno but I’m in the same boat! I’m your height and my parents are similar heights XD

you know, shorter people do live longer, everything else being equal.

Awesome. Both my gf and I are tiny so I’m glad to hear it XD

I would also like to grow taller. XD
My dad said that he grew when he was 22 so I think it just varies from person to person.
