Is it hard to meet guys at nyu because so many are gay?
are there many guys who actually want girlfriends or are they all just looking to **** any girl they see?

Yes, New York University ONLY accepts gay men. There are literally no straight men at NYU whatsoever, so do not even try to find any. And no, all of the guys there will not just want to ****......they are ALL gay!

Here's my question: Is this type of ignorance normal @ a university so full of life, excitement, and diversity? I hope not.

that was harsh

I should hope that not all incoming freshmen or people interested in NYU are so quick to stereotype.

NYUbound -- as an NYU student, I think most people get a reality check pretty quickly (or I hope so as well).

I wouldn't say it's hard to meet someone at all. Outside of Tisch, NYU's male population is not disproportionally gay at all. I was in CAS, most of my friends were in CAS or Stern, and I didn't have one gay male friend in college.

I'm just happy, because the the ratio for guys is very good :-D

straight girls/straight guys = very good, high number ;-)
