So I totally forgot that thing existed and rode my scooter from the apartment area all the way down the hill and everything. It's Session C right now so there's not a lot of people. Anyways I guess I was lucky enough to not get at ticket? How strict is this zone enforced? Where else can I ride my scooter?

I’ve never personally seen the law enforced. Plenty of people scooter and bike around and get away with it.

I saw someone getting a ticket once outside the Acosta center.

So which route do people with skateboards or scooters use? The north campus route? I would go on the sidewalk area, but not the actual street just cause of cars =

Btw, is riding a scooter that lame? T-T

On my bike recently, I’ve been riding down to Bruinwalk and continuing on Charles E. Young to Strathmore and going under. I do like the North Campus route though.

edit:

i posted in the wrong thread :o haha

seen people get tickets a bunch, just be careful. ive talked my way out of two of them, gotten “warnings.”
dont ride a scooter, you look ****ing lame, especially those big ones that just look ridiculous.

i skate all the time, but now that construction is goin on next to pauley, its kind of inconvenient and hard to weave in n out.
just go on the back side of pauley away from bwalk.
the only place they really care about is bwalk from the hill to wooden.

I would, but I don’t know how to skateboard! So scooter is my only choice really.

My friends have been telling me to go down from the north campus route. I’m actually really scared to go down O.O How do you guys do it so fast?! Aren’t you all scared a car would make a left turn from the parking lot and BAM?

I saw a “high-speed chase” of a student on a bike persued by an officer on a bike. It was epic stuff…
