yes it says a decision has been made and mailed on Dec. 13, have not received anything. Received the email from housing today. I assume this really doesn't mean anything, since you can apply for housing before being accepted. Just being hopeful.

Sorry you also asked what school. I applied Liberal Arts

Week 7 and it says "Your application has been reviewed and a letter was mailed."
Nervous. :/

got in today, into CLA. app complete on nov. 18th, and btw, on my status check page, it actually said congratulations, etc. etc. so I think if you were accepted a congratulations message actually comes up.

^ You got a 2320 SAT and only got into CLA? Was that your first choice?

hahahha, no, it was my super safety, I put undecided for it since I don't really plan to go. plus I have relatives in MN, so I had to throw them a bone and apply or theyd be dissapointed lol

^ What do you want to major in? There are some programs at UMN that nobody would consider a safety. I believe their Chem. Engineering program is in the top 3 or something. Their business schools isn't so bad either. And of course, most of their programs are good, just not superb. You act as if UMN is a community college.

whoa i never knew th U would postpone kids with a 33 on the ACT. I got in CBS today, pretty excited, the U is an awesome school.

Got accepted into CLA. :) I can't wait to go visit during spring break.

Just got postponed after they sent "Your application has been reviewed and a letter was mailed."
Damn. So you either get rejected or postponed when they update your status to that.
Now I probably have to wait another 10 weeks. x[

Am hearing of more notifications...

Hey guys, I didn't want to make a new thread so I will just ask here.
I checked U of Mn AP Credits ( Advanced Placement Course Awards ) and it said, for most AP Exams, they give you the same number of hours for a 3,4 or 5. Is that set in stone? I was surprised because I always see colleges giving different amounts of hours depending on the score..

Yup, it's set in stone. You will get exactly 4 (or 3 or 6 depending on the class) credits as long as u get 3+

Was accepted in early December. 31 ACT 3.8 GPA, private school doesn't rank, IT Comp. Science major.
