Help! 7/8 year med

Hi All,
I'm currently a high school (boy) junior at a private school in the Houston area.
I have relatively OK grades, GPA being a 88 (out of 100) , SAT 2350, and ACT 35.
I have taken 5 AP's and 3 subject tests (Math II, Biology, Word History) all of which i scored above 750 on.
Extracurriculars: Throughout high school, close to 1500 hours of community service, varsity tennis and volleyball, and avid member of two choirs, and jazz band. I am also a yearbook editor, and am the president of three clubs, and participate in several others... If it makes any difference, I am of Asian descent, and I speak three languages fluently including English.
Here's my question:
I'm aiming to get into a top seven/eight year med program... Like BS/MD
As many of you all know, Rice/Baylor, here in houston has an outstanding program
My main question is: My parents are both physicians, one is a chair at Baylor, and the other a chair at UT; will this help my chances at all?
And if not at rice/baylor what are my chances at other 7/8 year programs like Univeristy of Rochester, Boston U, Case Western, Wash U., etc?

Thanks

Can’t you ask mommy and daddy your first question?

You can look at admit rates for those other programs and assume your chances are about the same.

“Mommy and Daddy” went to Harvard and Brown Medical Schools, respectively. Neither of them serve on the board of admissions, and frankly they do not know more about 7/8 year med programs than other non-physician parents

Your GPA likely rules you out of any top programs - despite your outstanding test scores and any influence your parents may have. They will have pull at their school, and that’s about it, but even they probably don’t have enough influence to get you into a 7/8 year program, even their own, if they exist. There will simply be too many candidates with stronger applications.
