Help Choosing Schedule / Future Major & Career PLEASE!

Title is a mouthful!

I’m currently a sophomore moving onto 11th grade this Fall.

9th Grade Schedule
Spanish 2H
Biology Honors
Physical Ed
English I Honors
Human Geography AP
Medical Terminology
Algebra II Honors

10th Grade Schedule
English II Honors
Chemistry Honors
Prof Comm
World History AP
Principles of Health Science
Pre-Calculus Honors
European History AP

I have received As and Bs throughout my high school life.

I need to create my junior schedule this week and I need a total of 7 classes
I currently have down:
AP U.S. History
AP English
AP Calculus
AP Art History - May take in 12th Grade instead
Physics Honors

Classes I’m considering: Anatomy and Physiology, Accounting, Comp Sci AP, Business Information Management, Psychology AP, Sociology Honors

I’m not sure what I want to major in.
I’m not even sure if I enjoy Science and Math even though I’m enrolled in a fairly advanced Math Class and I have As in both my science and math classes.
My favorite subjects is History and I’m also interested in Psychology.

But I don’t think I can find any good careers that pay over 100k (yes I’m like that).

I’m torn between Computer Science, Business, and Pre-Med
I was really excited about Pre-Med in the beginning of highschool but I’m drifting father and farther away.

I’m slightly interested in Comp Sci but I don’t think I can sit in a chair and type code all day - maybe something involving more managerial duties?
Business has also interested me but I don’t know which major (maybe accounting)

Any tips on what I should take?

(I plan on going to UT Dallas)

I’d appreciate any feedback!

Why did you bump this so much?!

I’m frantic

I don’t know what to do, my schedule conference is in two days.
Sorry for bumping, but if you have any advice please help me.

please

Take what interests you. High school is a time for exploring interests. Don’t psych out so much right now about your major/career- you will have plenty of time in college to mull that over.

Sounds like out of the classes you’re interested in, business and psychology interest you the most.

bump
i’d like to see the answer too

Experiment. Try out some clubs, don’t limit your studies in science and math to the classes given to you. Try writing some poetry, or a short story, or a novel.
Participate in contests!
Passion is something you find by reaching out and trying new things!

Don’t limit your options by a six-figure income bar. Figure out what motivates you. If still nothing seems to motivate you, then figure out yourself first. Self-reflect. Do you want to make a palpable difference on the world around you?

Computer science can be awesome, and it can be brought together with business very nicely. If you don’t want to spend all your time creating someone else’s project, consider either research or the prospect of creating your own company.
Psychology is a very strong field with very active research; we’re only beginning to understand our brains. It’s a commitment, but if you find you like it, go ahead and shoot for it. Consider whether analysis of individuals or theories on the mind interest you more, if at all.

These are a couple of ideas. They aren’t suggestions, because I’m not able to suggest the path of your life from a half-completed highschool transcript; however, you do seem like a good student. Follow what gives you motivation and you’ll find yourself happy.

Apply to college undecided. Most students apply with a tentative major senior year, change by the beginning of college, and change again by the time they effectively declare amajor sophomore year. Apply undecided and explore. The only exceptions to this is if you want to major in engineering or nursing.
Your major doesn’t get you a job. Outside of majors like engineering or nursing which prepare for a profession, college majors give you the opportunity to sharpen certain skills - you prove that by having high grades in your chosen field and by getting internships where you apply them.

Right now, your schedule’s missing a foreign language - for selective colleges, you’ll need Spanish 3 at the very least. Excellent colleges (or honors programs) will expect 4.
Since you may be interested in Psychology you can explore that by replacing Art History with Psychology.
That’d be the following schedule:
CORE CLASSES
English = AP English
Math = AP Calculus
Foreign Language = Spanish 3 or 3H
Social Science = AP U.S. History
Science = Physics Honors

PERSONAL PICKS
