HELP TAG with UCSD

I'm in a quarter system CC and I am planning on transferring to UCSD at Fall 2014 and completing my TAG at Fall 2013.
One of the requirements on their website is:

You have been enrolled at one or more CCCs for at least 2 regular terms (excludes summer sessions)

Now I've been at my CC since Fall of 2012 but I was only taking two classes at the time and ended up dropping both of them resulting in two Ws(family issues), I received 0 credits that quarter. I will be taking summer sessions to make up the credit but will I be ineligible for the TAG with UCSD??

I’m sorry, could just be me but would you please explain your entire timeline better?

I need to know if I’m still eligible for TAG

Do you meet all the requirements?

“2 regular terms”. Don’t Winter 2013 and Spring 2013 quarters meet this requirement?

Thanks for all the responses guys! Now I thought that 2 terms = 2 semester terms which means 4 quarters? Or does 2 quarters count too?

Typically 2 semesters (15 weeks each) = 3 quarters (10 weeks each). In the regular academic term for a semester based institution you have fall and spring semesters. Whereas, for the quarter system you would have fall, winter, and spring quarters. Just from the way it’s phrased because it doesn’t specifically mention quarters or semesters, I would interpret that as two of either satisfying that distinction. For clarification though you should speak with a UC admission rep/officer by calling one of the admission offices.
