Ok so heres the deal, my application is complete and submitted except for the parts my highschool counselor needs to do. The application deadline is November 15th (early admission) and she hasn't been at school or returning my emails, basically I have no way of getting in touch with her.

The rest of my application has been in for three weeks now. I gave her what she needed to fill out at the end of september and have been reminding her to please fill it out and submit it every week or two.

What do I do? I can ask, plead, beg, whatever, but at the end of the day I can't submit those forms for her. At what point do I talk to my admission officer?

This is the point where you need to escalate within your high school. The counselor must have a supervisor…you need help now.

go and talk to the principal on Mon and tell him/her what the situation is-especially this part-
“she hasn’t been at school or returning my emails, basically I have no way of getting in touch with her.”

and that your early application wont be considered unless all parts are received by Nov 15.

Exactly. Talk to the Dean, the head of the school, or another guidance counselor, and they can direct you to a person who can send the forms on your behalf. Don’t accuse your guidance counselor for not being able to submit your forms, but politely ask if there is a way for the problem to be resolved.
