Highschool freshman - Decent SAT score?

I am halfway through honors algebra2, and i take honors geometry next semester. How well do you think i'm doing if my SAT scores right now range from 1830-1910?

You have the potential to do very well. My first practice SAT was like an 1800, and my superscore is now a 2310. I wish I could retake it once more (only took it twice) to bring up my 740 CR :(

If you put in the TIME, then you will get the score you want. I would recommend taking it at the beginning of junior year as you will have all summer to study, and you will still have sufficient time to retake it. If your grammar was neglected throughout school, I would recommend getting an SAT tutor for writing/cr because simply knowing the grammar rules (and not basing my answers off of my “ear”) improved my scores substantially.

Mine was a, gasp!, 1600 around sophomore year. With little study, it is now a 2230. I know this isn’t a perfect score, but it is above Stanford’s average. So, I conclude, do not worry about it too much, read a lot, and enjoy high school. If you are smart, it will go up on its own.

Thank you both! (:

Bumpityyyy

first practice tests i took were 2000 ish. got a 2400 first sitting  just keep doing them until your fingers bleed. that’s all the sat really asks for lol
