Honors Decision Rolling Admissions

I applied to Calhoun Honors after the priority deadline so I have had to wait for the rolling admissions decisions to come out. When I last emailed a staff member, they said I would know by April 30th, the day before commitment day. I would love to commit before then so I was wondering what you think my chances would be of getting in. I got a 2000 on my SATs (700 math, 630 reading, 670 writing). I also have a 3.85 GPA and am in the top 3% of my class. I also have a huge plethora of extra curriculars ranging from sports and band to language clubs and girl scouts. What do you think my chances are of getting in? Also, does anyone know of a sooner date than this for a decision? Thank you!

I would think it depends on how many openings they have in honors… this years there were alot of people who posted they did not get into honors with really solid numbers

Yep it really depends on how many openings in honors by the time they get to your application. You’ve got a shot with your stats but unfortunately there’s a chance you might not get in because of where Clemson is in the admissions process. Hang in there until April 30th! Whether it’s Clemson or somewhere else, it’ll all work out for you.
