I completed Phase I of the Housing Application back in September, but have not completed Phase II yet since I was advised to wait for decisions from other schools. I had read that Phase I was what actually “held your place in line” when it came to choosing housing, but did I lose this advantage by not filling out Phase II back when it first opened? I had thought choosing housing would come in the spring, but I’m now worried that I may have misunderstood!
You are totally fine. Phase 1 holds spot as long as you paid deposit. No reason not complete phase 2 tho. It’s not any more binding than phase 1.

Yes. $75 to secure housing. If you received a date and time for phase 2 then you’re phase one was complete.
