<p>I will be transferring to UVA in the fall and I received a housing assignment that I am very unhappy with. I was placed at Copeley and I really don't want to be so far from all my classes (I am in McIntire) if I'm living on Grounds. If I'm going to be that far from campus, I might as well live off-Grounds. I've also heard bad things about Copeley.</p>

<p>Is there a possibility that there are some openings in different places closer to central Grounds? Lambeth and Bice were my first choices per recommendations from CCers, but I obviously didn't get in there and now I'm stressing out. :(</p>

<p>I've looked (briefly) at some off-Grounds stuff but it's very overwhelming because I don't know anyone at UVA and have no idea where to start.</p>

<p>I’m a transfer student and living in Lambeth. To get that housing assignment I went to uroomloop.com and hoohasit (just google them) and found people who wanted out of their Lambeth housing assignments. You can easilly just take there assignment over by paying $100.</p>
