<p>So I know there is a way to submit them electronically through the 'school forms' menu on the common app, but is this for freshmen only? When I look the school forms tab, I only have the option to print the .pdfs and have my instructor mail them.</p>

<p>I was wondering that as well, but it turns out transfers don’t have the option to submit instructor evaluations electronically. Give your teachers the forms in stamped and addressed envelopes. Let them mail it in.</p>
