How do you cope with stress?

<p>what if it is a tress about friends/social life? This is only my 2nd year in America and I often have stress about culture, language, and friends problems (along with study pressures.) And like I can listen to music to relieve part of it but then I still think that the day after I would go to school and face all those problems again, so I'm still stressed.</p>

<p>^ Join some clubs. I'm sure your school should have some sort of ethnic club where you'd be more comfortable in. If not, start one and meet people who are probably in the same boat as you. And once you start talking to people, you'll realize that fitting in, though still stressful, is quite doable. Just go out and do it.</p>

<p>I eat, because when I eat I don't think of any other things.</p>

<p>But make sure you exercise also so you dont get fat. Being fat causes much stress too.</p>
