How far are you going for college?

<p>I'm going from NY to CA. With only a week left before I leave, it's gradually starting to set in for me.</p>

<p>1,865.29 miles from my house to the admission office according to Mapquest. (Minnesota to California). I know what you mean, I'm excited for it but at the same time it's going to be a big change.</p>

<p>71 miles .</p>

<p>I am going about 275 miles away. Its in the middle of the state and I am at the bottom of the state. It is far enough away that I am in a different climate and close enough I can drive home for a weekend.</p>

<p>3000 miles away, yay!!! Alaska to Michigan. I know absolutely no one in MI yet, haha.</p>

<p>A 5 1/2 hour drive, about 300ish miles. Hopefully next year I'll be going from NY to Cali also. :P</p>

<p>Patroclus, have you already visited New Orleans? How did you like it? We're near Seattle and my D won't consider Tulane because she thinks New Orleans is scary.</p>
