Healthy, not really fit (in this season).

I'm reasonably healthy, not overweight or anything, but I can barely do three push-ups and can only jog for about ten minutes without tiring. Ah... So basically I'm a wimp? I also live on chocolate and those wonderfully convenient 100-calorie packs.

im overweight, by like 10-15 pounds, but i have to say im pretty fit. I just eat a bit too much hah. I could run a 5:50 mile and do about 30 pushups so im pretty fit just not skinny. I wanna cut all that weight though by the end of this summer and actually watch what i eat.

I am in great shape, I don't eat that healthy though.

I run track and xc, so yeah I'm fit. I could be fitter, I suppose.

I swim and run quite a bit, so I'm very healthy in that regard. But, I definitely am lacking as far as sleep goes...

I ride horses, which doesn't sound that hard but is really an hour long toning exercise. Complimented by the fact that I eat pretty well (Ok maybe I "forget" to eat my vegetables sometimes) I have always been fairly lithe and fit.

I used to be way underweight (close to anorexic) when I was in season and cutting weight, but now I have put on about twenty pounds. This makes me feel healthier even if I am not exercising a much as I am used to.

Healthy? Well, I'm within average height/weight for my age, and I rarely get sick. Fit? Not at all! Unless it's volleyball season, in which case I'm fit.

It's not volleyball season, and for health class I have to run a mile. I can't see that going well.

im skinny and i eat anything and everything
but all that junk food makes me feel really lazy and sluggish

I'm sorta fit... I screwed up my knee really bad in January so I can't run or work out my lower body. I'm pretty slender I guess. As for healthy, yep I'm super duper pooper healthy. (Vegetarian for 12 years, vegan for 1). And I lift weights.

I'm not overweight at all. I'm pretty much the optimal weight, but I also don't really do any exercise. Although I do walk 2 miles a day (1 mile to and from school), I don't do any exercise besides that. I guess I could attribute my fitness to the fact that I don't really eat as much as I should.

I'd die for track, so yes, I'm fit.

This recent abstinence from fast food is killing me though.

i'm pretty fit though my athleticism could be better
and healthhhhhhh
i have really bad back pain so that could be better

Just got back from playing racquetball for an hour and a half and taking a ball in a rather unfortunate spot. Gonna make doing homework a little distracting for the rest of the night.

Wow, that sucks.

Well, according to my BMI, i'm like 30 pounds overweight, but my body fat % isn't even close to being considered overweight (I just have a lot of muscle mass). I'd say I'm pretty fit: I lift weights a lot, and I play two sports. I've also been trying to eat healthier lately (although I don't know how long I'm gonna stay committed lol).

Don't care about my diet too much. Perfect weight, but a bit flabby. Working on upper body strength and lung capacity in the weight room nowadays just to stay fit.

Healthy, yes. I eat fruits and some vegetables, avoid junk food and high-fat foods, and never eat fast food. I made that switch a couple years ago and it was only hard for the first month... now unhealthy food genuinely disgusts me... ^.^ I'm reasonably fit too, except for upper body strength.

track and cross country keep me fit

I don't eat healthily but I exercise a little just because I walk/bike a lot to get places (gas is so expensive!!) so idk, I stay slim.
