How hard is it to get into Engineering for CSU?

So Im applying to these CSU campuses:

CSU Long Beach
CSU Sacramento
CSU Fullerton
San Jose State

Im thinking about engineering but Im not sure yet but I want to know how hard is it to get into these schools when applying as an engineer major for undergraduate.

What is your CSU GPA and ACT and/ or SAT scores?

Cal states admit by major and eligibilty index.

The more impacted the campus and major, the higher the EI needs to be for an acceptance. Calculate your EI and post.
Any of these schools in your local service area?

What type of engineering?

Stats:
GPA:3.86
SAT: 1130

Engineering major: Biomedical or Mechanic

Back up majors: physics or biology

I think with your stats, you have a good chance at all the CSU’s on your list. Your eligibility index is 4218. Also note, that SJSU is the only school on your list that considers alternate majors. I would add Cal Poly Pomona especially for ME.

Thanks for the advice and I will consider Cal Poly Pomona.

I agree, most of the CSU programs would be thrilled to have you, including all the ones on your list.

good luck.
