How much does rank really matter?

I thought it would be fun to have a 3-day weekend, but it was MLK day so we would have had one anyway...and then it stopped being fun at about 11 A.M. on Monday because I couldn't GO anywhere. My neighborhood is incredibly hilly and so even if it's not THAT icy it's still really dangerous.

Basically I am going stir-crazy.
How on earth do you come home at 9:30 everyday??
I leave my house at 6 and come home at 6 at the earliest (but that never happens).

haha wow. I leave at around 7:45 because my school starts at 8 and I live 5 minutes away.

We have block scheduling so we have two different days of four classes so we can have eight classes.

So every other day, I have Biology, then three periods of internship (I can't go everyday because surgeons aren't always there blah blah) so I come home instead

Ohhhh. That would be nice.

Lookintodastarz and whomever else is new to the forum: THIS IS WHY THE PRINCETON BOARD IS COOL. We start off talking about class rank and rapidly digress into an in-depth discussion of weather patterns and daily schedules of Princeton forum forerunners, namely OMZ and myself. ;)

yes. we rule.:)

I really want to become a Senior Member today. Is that possible? I only need 72 more posts, right? And I'm like...stuck inside anyway. So could I?

I'm so pathetic.

Go For It J07!!!!!!

Haha why do you have to wait 60 seconds between posts?!

Why?!!?
Actually I am legitimately curious about that.

I think its to stop spamming...

Hmm. That makes sense. They actually do a really good job of keeping these forums clean and not all full of ads and things.

I wonder if the guys who run CC have other jobs or if they just spend their days fixing all the server and reading all of the posts and stuff.

I think it also stops double posts =/

I always seem to get the "Please wait 1 second notice" and I'm like w tf, stop waisting my time.

Hahaha. Mine usually goes "Please wait 37...13...32....16....2....1...18"

And I'm like "OK, learn to count, and then I'll wait."

hahahaha wow.lol.u guys totally went off on a tangent!!!.lol. i luv it!!!.lol.hahaha.my school is similar to ohh miss zanna.i have block scheduling and have four classes a day too.lol.i tell people i hvae 80 minute classes and they are wth???.lol.hahaha.lol.wait...j07 it snows in texas?.lol.haha.lol.dats a first.lol.maybe ive just been in new york too long.lol.yea and umm the waiting with the like seconds thing.lol.thats funny.lol.i laugh im like that wasnt 18 seconds?.lol.haha i like this forum its soo much fun!.lol.

Global warming may have something to do with the weird weather.

haha yeah lookintodastarz*, I love having 90 minute classes. I can't imagine having 45 minute classes like all the other schools in our district.
Plus it gives you an extra day to do homework ;]

haha so you can work really hard one day, and completely procrastinate the next!
I'm so jealous >.<

i usually have like 6 classes a day! and internship is unheard of around here...

what kind of school starts at 8?!?! poajcfmoije
my friend's school starts at like 10 most days, mine is 8.35 :D (dude, those 35 mins are extra snooze time!)

wow. All the other schools in my district start at 7:30. The only reason my school starts a little later is because we are a magnet school and they want to give the kids from the other side of the district time to get over here.

My school has six classes a day and starts at 8. Then we have required afternoon activities :(

We have 7 periods a day (including 1 lunch and 1 study hall, or free period if you're excused from study hall, which gets easier as you get older) and 5 to 6 classes a day. Classes go from 8:10 to 2:40, which I always thought was pretty normal but I guess it isn't to lenni!
